Where, oh where is "Intelligent Designer"?

Found another Dunning-Kruger/Salem hypothesis data point - this one calls itself "Intelligent Designer"...

I am right here reading your ad hominems. Once I get through releasing the next version of PR-Tracker I would love to talk with you about estimating the amount of DNA that would one could expect a human to have.

In the mean time, if you can spare ten minutes ... take the quiz on my website and pit your analytical skills against the average software developer (no programming experience required). You will need to concentrate so make sure you have 10 minutes of uninterrupted time.

Ah, yes, another creationist that doesn't know what 'ad hominem' means...

So you DON'T know how complex a human is, DON'T know how much DNA would be needed to 'code' it, but that didn't stop you from declaring such things. Funny how that works in the world of the creationist.

Oh no - not me. I know from my experiences with creationist computer/engineering types that you folks know EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING even if you don't! I could NEVER measure up to the towering intellects of creationists with computer software writing skills and the like. You guys know all - I mean, look at your track record on junk DNA and how genomes operate and what the % similarity figures for species really mean...

And gee, I wonder how I could possibly measure up to the quiz scores of intellectual giants on a quiz that has no instructions, no hints at content or set up, could be on anything at all (of course the one that wrote the quiz will know all the answers and therefore look really really smart...)...

I don't get how the quiz is germane to science, which is about getting things correct, not done quickly. FWIW I would hope that's the order of priorities in software design, as well.

Hi Marion,

One would think....

I just wanted to see if Scott has basic deductive reasoning skills. I know he thinks he does but from what I have read on his blog I am wondering. If he did he would be able to answer the first question on the quiz correctly with ease.

So come on Scott give it a try. You might learn something about yourself (wink).

Hi Randy,

Why not try something relevant?

Doppelganger said...

But yeah, I must not have any deductive skills. I mean, all I use are ad holmiums (LOL!) and then just pontificate on things that I have no education, experience, or training in and then label as 'personal attacks' anything written that demonstrates my claims are in error...
